1 tazza di latte di mandorle 1 patate dolci medie, arrostite 1 arancione media 1, pelé 1 datte medo o più a piacere, strada 1 estratto di vaniglia pulito, miele, sale marino (opzionale)Preparazione
In un mixer ad alta velocità, mescolare latte di mandorle, patate dolci, arancia, appuntamento, vaniglia, sale e cannella e mescolare fino a quando non sono morbidi. Regola la dolcezza al gusto desiderato e aggiungi miele o più dati sui media. Mescola circa ½ tazze prima di servire.
